Responsibilities:<ul><li>Keeping up with the company’s services and goals.</li><li>Ensuring that existing and new clients contact details are up to date.</li><li>Answer clients calls and efficiently as well as effectively, respond to their requests.</li><li>Maintain relationships with customers through phone calls and emails resolving&nbsp; &nbsp; communication gaps and day-to-day operational issues.</li><li>Follow up shipments ensuring a provision of professional level of customer service for our clients.</li><li>Preparing weekly as well as monthly reports for our Sales Manager.</li><li>Monitor clients performance and sales volumes.</li><li>Perform other departmental related activities as requested by our Sales Manager.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in Forwarding and Logistics sector.</li><li>A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.</li><li>High degree of professional ethics and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work within a team.</li><li>High level of communication skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing working demands.</li><li>Professional attitude and pleasant personality.</li><li>Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to operate in a demanding – fast paced environment.</li><li>Freightplus Software knowledge will be considered as an advantage.</li></ul>Company’s compensation package:<ul><li>A competitive remuneration based on experience level.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme.</li><li>Company corporate events and office celebrations.</li></ul>
