Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sets up and operates AV equipment including projectors, microphones, speakers, lighting systems, and control panels.</li><li>Performs preventive maintenance and visual inspections on AV systems to ensure functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoots and repairs basic AV issues such as wiring faults, sound interference, and connectivity problems.</li><li>Programs and configures TVs, control systems, and audio devices for meeting room use.</li><li>Maintains accurate inventory and requests necessary parts or replacements.</li><li>Uses AV control software, content sharing platforms, and video conferencing tools to support hybrid events (e.g., Zoom, Teams).</li><li>Follows all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures; ensures secure storage and handling of AV materials.</li><li>Documents AV activity and service issues; communicates shift-to-shift using approved logs and systems.</li><li>Assists in setup and breakdown of staging, lighting, and audiovisual components for events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or certification in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, or related field is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar AV role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of AV systems including microphones, speakers, projectors, mixers, and conferencing platforms</li><li>Proficiency in AV control software and presentation tools</li><li>Basic knowledge of low-voltage wiring or electrical systems</li><li>Very good command&nbsp;of the Greek and English language</li></ul> How to Apply Please submit your CV outlining your interest and suitability for the role to <a href="mailto:careers@thelandmarknicosia.com">www.thelandmarknicosiacareers.com</a> under the vacancy "Audio Visual Specialist" or directly through the link <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://rcr.li/OHKL">https://rcr.li/OHKL</a> .&nbsp;Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
