We are a large team spread across Cyprus, providing a friendly and dynamic environment to start your career.&nbsp; What will you be doing?The Customer Service Representative role at Primetel Shops can be challenging.&nbsp;Here’s what you will be doing:<ul><li>Welcome guests and clients at our shops with a friendly smile 😊</li><li>Interact with them to understand their needs and preferences.</li><li>Assist them in finding the service that best suits their requirements.</li><li>Present options for products and services to existing clients.</li><li>Close sales by finalizing transactions and handling necessary documentation.</li><li>Handle billing and account requests efficiently.</li><li>Go above and beyond to assist them and resolve any issues they may have.</li></ul> &nbsp;Before clicking that "apply" button: &nbsp;Take a moment to read through the details below. We will provide you with comprehensive training on various topics, but we won't train you on how to be polite!&nbsp;🤷</li><li>Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.</li><li>Previous sales experience in retail: being excited to work in a commission-based environment is a plus.</li><li>Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.</li><li>Are flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and Saturdays on a rotation basis, within the shop's opening hours.
