Our company culture is characterized by its commitment and dedication to differentiate through personal service, continuous innovation, know-how and passion.&nbsp;&nbsp;The role - Principal Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>&nbsp;Coordinate bookings for excursions, ensuring availability, accurate guest details, and timely &nbsp; &nbsp; confirmations.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with local tour providers to confirm schedules, pickup times, and any special guest requirements.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure smooth guest participation in excursions by managing logistics such as meeting points, transportation, and timing.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle last-minute changes or cancellations, offering alternatives and maintaining guest &nbsp; &nbsp;satisfaction.</li><li>&nbsp; Assist with special requests, such as private tours, accessibility needs, or multilingual guides.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all available tours, seasonal offerings, and local attractions.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Essential Skills, Competencies &amp; Qualities<ul><li>&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within specific guidelines.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional telephone manner.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Trustworthy, honest, and committed, with the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capable of working independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>&nbsp;Minimum of a High school diploma is required, any further education particularly in tourism would &nbsp; &nbsp;be considered an advantage</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
