We are a leading law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in corporate and commercial matters of law and all related and ancillary fields. Our practice focuses on corporate &amp; commercial law, property, mergers &amp; acquisitions, banking &amp; finance, and the niche of financial services — advising on the regulatory, corporate, and commercial aspects concerning investment firms, insurance companies, alternative investment funds, and other regulated entities.&nbsp;&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;The successful candidate will be actively involved in the daily practice of our team and it is expected to:<ul><li>Handle matters across corporate law, commercial law, property law, and employment law;</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in these areas;</li><li>Assist in M&amp;A, corporate restructuring, and cross-border transactions;</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, advices and reports;</li><li>Advise clients on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements;</li><li>Prepare and file documents with relevant registries and authorities;</li><li>Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders; and</li><li>Support in litigation and dispute resolution where required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Law degree from a reputable university;</li><li>1–2 years of post qualification experience in corporate and/or commercial law;</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written);</li><li>Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail; and</li><li>Some litigation experience and/or knowledge of Russian or Arabic will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment in a pioneering and young corporate law firm;</li><li>Exposure to high-quality, international corporate and financial services work;</li><li>Friday afternoon off;</li><li>Participation in corporate events and team building activities;</li><li>Occasional performance-related bonuses; and</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are a smart and driven lawyer interested in joining our team, please apply by sending your CV to admin@playbell.com.&nbsp;We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
