We are looking for a skilled and experienced&nbsp;Structural Engineer&nbsp;to join our technical team. The role involves delivering structural solutions for residential and commercial buildings — from design through to completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure safe, cost-efficient, and code-compliant structural designs.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and review&nbsp;structural design concepts, analysis, and detailed calculations</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;finite element analysis (FEA)&nbsp;and simulations to test load performance, deflection, seismic behavior, etc.</li><li>Verify compliance of designs with EUROCODE (2 and 8 proficient level) standards and local building regulations</li><li>Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design integration</li><li>Prepare and/or review structural documentation for permit applications and construction</li><li>Oversee the implementation of structural systems on-site, including inspections and technical supervision</li><li>Evaluate alternative materials or systems for cost-effectiveness and performance</li><li>Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Minimum&nbsp;3&nbsp;years of experience&nbsp;as a Structural Engineer.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Civil Engineering&nbsp;(Master’s degree is an advantage)</li><li>Fluent English&nbsp;and Greek</li><li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;finite element methodology&nbsp;and&nbsp;manual structural calculations.</li><li>Proficient in&nbsp;advanced structural software&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;Dlubal&nbsp;(RFEM) &nbsp;,SCIA, Robot Structural Analysis,&nbsp;MIDAS&nbsp;, ETABS or equivalent)</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li></ul> We offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Annual bonuses&nbsp;linked to project deliverables and efficiency</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious development projects with a passionate, professional team</li><li>Cozy modern office in the center of Paphos&nbsp;</li></ul>Interested candidates are requested to send their CV quoting the above job title to the following email address: <a href="mailto:hr_cyprus@inex-group.com">hr_cyprus@inex-group.com</a><a href="hr_cyprus@inex-group.com">.</a>All applications will be treated in strict confidence and in compliance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
