Position OverviewThe Senior FP&amp;A Analyst will play a key role in driving the company’s financial strategy by providing in-depth analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making across the business. This role partners closely with senior management, business unit leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and ensure strong financial performance.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze business performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers that impact revenue, margins, and profitability.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide management with actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes and operational efficiency.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare detailed management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support ad-hoc analyses including cash flow forecasting, and KPI tracking.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Invoicing and paymentsQualifications &amp; Skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree, MBA, or professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CFA is a plus).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3–5 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in ERP/financial systems·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.&nbsp;What We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Career growth opportunities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional projects·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborative and dynamic work environment&nbsp;Please, those interested in this position are requested to send their CV to the email address <a href="[hr@greenproperties.com.cy">hr@greenproperties.com.cy</a>
