Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user accounts, permissions, mail flow, collaboration tools, and security configurations.</li><li>Analyse and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring prompt and efficient fixes.</li><li>Support and maintain office IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones.</li></ul>System &amp; Network Administration<ul><li>Manage user accounts, license assignments, and groups via Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure Active Directory.</li><li>Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.</li><li>Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues, bandwidth bottlenecks, and latency problems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services.</li></ul>Maintenance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and hardware upgrades.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets, configurations, and access rights.</li><li>Record troubleshooting steps, configuration changes, and solutions in the internal knowledge base.</li></ul>Integration &amp; Enhancement<ul><li>Support the integration of Microsoft 365 with other business applications and tools to improve productivity and collaboration.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate Profile &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma or university degree in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Specialist or similar role with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 management is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.</li><li>Solid knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Windows Server administration, virtualization, and backup solutions.</li><li>Experience supporting and maintaining office IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.</li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Experience working with Apple devices (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English – both verbal and written.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.</li><li>Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent).</li></ul>
