VACANCY&nbsp;Louis Hotels Plc. Co. Ltd, one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual, for the company's head offices in Engomi, Nicosia in the following position:HR Assistant (Junior Level)&nbsp;Position Overview:&nbsp;We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR department.</li><li>Be involved in HR projects (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, training) and take ownership of specific tasks as assigned.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of HR events and meetings.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Holder of a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is preffered.</li><li>Any experience in an HR role will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Understanding HR principles, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English language.</li><li>Eu Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a>&nbsp;, mentioning the title of the position no later than October 31st 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
