Your Role:You will be responsible for the implementation of software products to direct customers. You will analyze the systems and work directly with clients and management to define system requirements, design and propose solutions, configure the software and train employees.Your contribution to the success of the team:<ul><li>Assist clients with implementation and training of Soft1 ERP</li><li>Train end users in specific modules of ERP application</li><li>Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops</li><li>Identify, develop and integrate Soft1 ERP to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants</li><li>Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned</li><li>Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation</li><li>Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution</li><li>Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills</li><li>Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers</li><li>Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients</li></ul>Your Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance</li><li>2+ experience in software sector</li><li>Good knowledge of software products</li><li>Excellent customer-oriented skills</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>13th&nbsp;Salary&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund Program&nbsp;</li><li>Yearly bonus upon achievement of Team targets</li></ul>HOW TO APPLY: If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:info@softone.com.cy">info@softone.com.cy</a> with the subject line “Business Software (ERP) Consultant Application” &nbsp;We look forward to hearing from you!
