VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to join our team at St Elias Resort in Protaras as the F&amp;B Controller and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the financial aspects of the Food &amp; Beverage department.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and analyze F&amp;B revenue and expenses.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with the Department Heads to develop and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Systematically monitor the F&amp;B inventory and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To conduct annual and monthly control and inventory of the food and beverage warehouses and reconcile with system records.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Calculate and analyze the total F&amp;B cost, and the F&amp;B cost of sales.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To systematically monitor compliance with the Purchasing manual and internal control procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with the finance team for timely and accurate month-end closing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure the implementation of the procedures and the ISO systems in his department.&nbsp;Job Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum of 3 year’s experience as an F&amp;B Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good command in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in MS Excel.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail and ability to work independently.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Eu nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp; &nbsp; Interested applicants are kindly requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> , mentioning the title of position no later than October 30th 2025.&nbsp;
