Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Planning &amp; Movements: Plan and ensure successful conduct of all movements, taking into consideration regulations in each country/port state/flag state, airlines, client requirements, cost-effectiveness, and other restrictions.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Guide, develop, and train the Crewing Assistant to be able to efficiently replace the Crewing Officer when required.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Communication: Communicate and cooperate with local agents and guards to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and submit all necessary documents for safe sign-on/off and guard rotations.</li><li>Manpower &amp; Availability: Maintain contact with guards after deployment to determine their availability and manage additional contracts.</li><li>SOP / Trainings / Certifications: Schedule SOP and refresher trainings in collaboration with the Training Department to keep guards updated.</li><li>ISO / MLC / GDPR Compliance: Ensure all procedures, record keeping, and filing are in line with company policies and regulations (ILO, ISO, GDPR).</li><li>Insurance Claims: Ensure insurance claim procedures are followed, records updated, and claims monitored until closed.</li><li>Operations / Training Invoices: Ensure all payments, deductions, and refunds are processed under the correct entity.</li><li>Administration / Record Keeping: Oversee payroll, expenses, deductions, and refunds handled by the Crewing Assistant.</li><li>Contracts: Prepare, review, and track security guards’ employment agreements.
