Job OverviewThe new member of Security department will be responsible to Patrol and monitor premises to secure guest safety, prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities &amp; Duties·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out surveillance of company premises with the aid of CCTV system.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work in command center watching CCTV to ensure the safety of hotel guest and hotel team members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Patrol outdoors as well as room hallways and activity areas, such as the pool and spa.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Patrol and monitor premises to secure guest safety, prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain a standard of punctuality and dependability of attendance and retain myself cleanliness, tidiness, neatness and appropriately attire.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform personal escorts, VIP services, and experience in controlling and deescalating physical altercations and accidents among customers and personnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must speak and write Greek and English very well.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proof of experience as a Security officer in a 5 / 4 Star Hotel /Resort·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Holder of an EU passport is essential.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clean Criminal record.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of local laws.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Remarkable ability of security risk management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Certified in recognized protection course / trainings, approved by local authorities.&nbsp;Personal Characteristics·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pleasant and friendly personality, fair, honest reliable and polite.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good communication skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working quickly without compromising quality·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;Remuneration package·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary according to skills and experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong collaborative and professional development environment&nbsp;If this sounds like you, please forward your CV to hr@straphael.com&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strictly confidence.
