Location: Cyprus (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time&nbsp;Role OverviewYou will manage significant ad budgets, develop advanced targeting and bidding strategies, and continuously optimize for conversions and profitability.&nbsp;This role is ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about scaling profitable campaigns globally.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage large-scale Meta ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.</li><li>Develop and implement advanced targeting, bidding, and creative testing strategies.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and optimize through data-driven decisions and A/B testing.</li><li>Set up, track, and troubleshoot Meta pixels, Conversion API, and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad assets for engagement and conversion.</li><li>Scale winning campaigns profitably across multiple geographies, audiences, and funnels.</li><li>Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of tracking, pixel setup, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.</li><li>Analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation, reporting, and optimization.</li><li>Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably across different regions or niches.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li><li>Nice to Have: Previous experience in sports betting, iGaming, casino, or other performance-driven industries.</li></ul>&nbsp;Why Join UsWe believe in recognizing and rewarding performance while creating an enjoyable work environment.
