You will be one of the two people responsible for operating and managing the brewery. You will work together with the other team members focusing on production. You will receive extensive training from our founder Demos, to gain the necessary knowledge and skill to run the brewery.&nbsp;Responsibilities 1. Brewing - Brewing kombucha and maintaining production (brewing, flavouring and bottling) and collecting basic data on the progress of fermentation to deciding when batches are ready. 2. Quality Control - Testing the finished product and determining whether it meets quality standards. 3. Operations - Maintaining a clean and safe environment to work in. 4. Inventory - Maintaining an overview of all materials for brewing. 5. Equipment Maintenance - Maintains brewery equipment to minimise unplanned downtime delays (cleaning/replacing parts). &nbsp;Candidates Qualification: Skills &amp; Abilities ● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and execute standard operating procedure (SOP) ● Basic mathematics and measurement skills (weights, volumes, timing). ● Attention to detail for monitoring fermentation, cleanliness, and quality. ● Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods. ● Willingness to work safely with cleaning chemicals and equipment. ● Organisational skills to keep workspace tidy and processes running smoothly. &nbsp;Personal Qualities &amp; Attitude ● Eagerness to learn and develop brewing knowledge through training. ● Reliability and consistency in completing tasks.● Strong work ethic and willingness to handle both exciting and repetitive tasks (e.g., cleaning, bottling). ● Team-oriented Effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to work independently when required. ● Commitment to cleanliness and high quality standards. &nbsp;Bonus points for ● Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintaining equipment. ● Curiosity about flavors, ingredients, and brewing processes. ● Previous experience in food production, hospitality, or manual work (not required but beneficial). ● Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and production schedules. ● Interest in long-term growth within the brewing industry.
