We are currently looking to recruit experienced, passionate and creative Cooks A. The Cooks A will be reporting to the Executive Chef.&nbsp;The main responsibilities of this position are:<ul><li>&nbsp;Effectively and efficiently prepare all the recipes of the menu</li><li>Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations and standards</li><li>Follow Executive Chef instructions</li><li>Maintain the designated area clean and tidy at all times</li><li>Ensure that the equipment is operational at all times</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and notify on time the Executive Chef for any inventory shortage</li><li>When needed, cover different roles within the kitchen</li></ul>&nbsp;The ideal professional shall have the following qualifications, experiences and skills:<ul><li>Diploma or University degree in Culinary studies or any other related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or high end restaurant</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the HACCP requirements, health, safety, and hygiene requirements</li><li>Excellent knowledge of several cuisines and cooking techniques</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek &amp; English languages</li><li>Problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Guest-oriented mindset</li><li>Creative mindset</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Attention to detail, especially in food presentation and food quality and taste</li><li>Pleasant and integer personality</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability</li></ul>A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate!If you are intrigued by the idea of joining our team, we will be happy to receive your CV at <a href="mailto:hr@thenineshotel.eu">hr@thenineshotel.eu</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;The job vacancy will be open until the 31 October 2025.&nbsp;All applications will be treated confidentially, and all applicants’ personal details will be kept in our database for a period of 1 year for current and future job vacancies.&nbsp;For further information about the job vacancy, you may contact us at +357 23 725 111.
