Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and guests, providing a professional and welcoming experience.</li><li>Manage the reception desk, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.</li><li>Assist residents with day-to-day requests such as deliveries, bookings, reservations, and information about local services.</li><li>Monitor and control access to the building/complex, ensuring security protocols are followed.</li><li>Receive, log, and securely store parcels and deliveries; notify residents of receipt.</li><li>Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of resident requests, incidents, and building activities.</li><li>Report any maintenance or security issues promptly to the Property Manager or to the appropriate teams and ensure they are being followed up.</li><li>Support the organization of community events or activities within the complex when required.</li><li>Handle resident complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Ensure the reception and lobby areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.</li><li>Provide assistance in emergency situations, following established safety procedures.</li><li>Undertake any other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Senior Management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.</li><li>High level of reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness.</li><li>Proficiency in basic office software (email, MS Office, or similar systems); experience with property management software is an advantage.</li><li>Good Greek &amp; English skills.</li><li>Well-organized and apt at problem-solving.</li></ul>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careerscy@delfipartners.com">careerscy@delfipartners.com</a> and mention in the subject the reference DPCP25.&nbsp;&nbsp;Each application will be treated with the strictest confidence.&nbsp; Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;&nbsp;
