MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>General secretarial/reception duties such as &nbsp;answering telephone, letters, copying etc&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the interaction between the reception, parents, students and staff</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence</li><li>Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements</li><li>Maintain office filing systems and school registers (electronic &amp; physical)</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and documents in Greek &amp; English</li><li>Any other administration work that might be needed on behalf of the clients and as instructed by the Directors</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;CANDIDATE PROFILE&nbsp;<ul><li>Fluent in English and Greek language (knowledge of any other language would be considered as an advantage)</li><li>computer skills – Microsoft Office</li><li>organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently but also as part of a team</li><li>Personally responsible, highly organized, punctual, able to multitask and work well under pressure</li></ul>Advantage:<ul><li>Knowledge of Russian, or any other language, &nbsp;is considered an advantage</li></ul>
