Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle accounting and bookkeeping matters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Record of accounting transactions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain complete and accurate accounting records·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare VAT returns, payroll reports and liaise with the Social Insurances, Income Tax and VAT department etc.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monthly Reconciliations of suppliers, customers, bank statements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update financial data, document and file accounting transactions in an organized manner·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Calculate payroll taxes, social insurances, income tax for individuals and corporations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all supplier invoices are paid as per the terms and conditions agreed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in daily banking requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Update the daily cash flow·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate indirectly with customers·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic Knowledge in VAT regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure in accounting software (e.g.E-soft, Odoo)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective teamwork and independent working capabilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IT literate and adaptable·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.&nbsp;Our firm offers:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The firm fully covers expenses towards ACCA/ACA qualification•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus based on performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Three days of paid sick leave per year•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Corporate parking paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional growth and advancement•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participation in our various corporate events and activities.&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=Accountant/1/2025">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
