About Us House &amp; Garden, part of the Columbia Group, is a leader in landscaping, maintenance, and nursery operations in Cyprus. We are currently seeking a Tenders &amp; Invoicing Officer to join our nursery team in Limassol.Role Overview The Tenders &amp; Invoicing Officer will provide support to the Tenders and Invoicing Department, ensuring the accurate preparation of quotations, invoicing, and related documentation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the Tenders and Invoicing Department with the preparation of quotations, project invoicing, and client documentation.</li><li>Prepare, review, and issue invoices in line with company policies.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments in collaboration with the finance team.</li><li>Coordinate and assist with daily activities at the nursery, including documentation and logistics follow-up.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and task completion.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in tenders, administration, or invoicing (experience in nursery/landscaping industry will be an advantage).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Full-time role with growth opportunities.</li><li>Dynamic work environment within a growing company.</li></ul>How to Apply Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:info@houseandgarden.com.cy">info@houseandgarden.com.cy</a>
