In-House Corporate Lawyer A well-established corporate services provider is seeking an in-house lawyer to join our supportive and experienced team. All applications will be treated in strict confidence.&nbsp;Job DutiesCorporate Law<ul><li>Manage company incorporations and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents</li><li>Advise on corporate and commercial law matters</li><li>Handle various aspects of corporate transactions</li><li>Liaise with clients to provide effective, business-oriented legal solutions</li><li>Stay updated on relevant Cyprus laws and regulations</li><li>Communicate with the Registrar of Companies, banks, and other relevant authorities</li><li>Prepare and coordinate regulatory filings, procedures, and legal opinions</li></ul>AML / Risk Assessment<ul><li>Evaluate and monitor clients’ compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Personal Attributes<ul><li>University Degree in Law</li><li>Membership of the Cyprus Bar Association will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate and Compliance matters</li><li>Experience with international corporate structures or regulatory compliance will be considered an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li><li>High level of confidentiality and professional integrity</li><li>Collaborative and team-oriented mindset</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration Package<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including:</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Coverage of annual practicing license fees and professional trainings</li><li>Support for ongoing professional development</li></ul>&nbsp;Why Join Us?
