Our team is expanding and we are seeking for a Digital Marketing Manager to bring their expertise into our team for a full-time position at our Nicosia office.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, social media management, and website strategy for diverse clients.</li><li>Manage digital campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting.</li><li>Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, META and other digital platforms.</li><li>Manage and grow clients’ social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, engagement and content performance.</li><li>Collaborate and lead website projects, working alongside our expert web developers and UI/UX designers, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.</li><li>Analyse performance data, generate actionable insights and create reports to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with creative, content and tech teams to ensure integrated and impactful campaign delivery.</li><li>Manage client relationships and act as their main point of contact, ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and web technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.</li></ul>Experience Required:<ul><li>At least 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing role.</li><li>BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proficient in Google Ads, META Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).</li><li>Experience in social media strategy and community management.</li><li>Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) and basic understanding of UX/SEO principles.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.</li><li>A creative thinker who can combine strategy with execution. &nbsp;</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package in a career-building environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on impactful projects with forward-thinking brands.</li><li>Friendly, collaborative and creative work culture.</li><li>Extensive learning and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Casual Fridays and early finish at 3 PM.</li><li>Flexible start and finish times.</li></ul>If this sounds like you, send your CV to hr@hatson.digital and join us on our mission to set the trends and shape tomorrow, today! &nbsp;
