Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Troubleshoot issues and handling requests via our ticketing system.</li><li>Support end users in person or remotely.</li><li>Administer IT infrastructure environments such as firewall, servers and setting up VPNs etc.</li><li>Maintain inventory control for hardware and software assets.</li><li>Setup PCs and laptops, upgrade and install software.</li><li>Knowledge of backup systems.</li><li>Documenting IT procedures for hardware and software systems.</li><li>Sometimes to work after hours/off-peak periods to complete Windows/ Server and network maintenance.</li><li>Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 licenses.</li><li>Manage Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook and SharePoint Online-related issues.</li></ul>Skills / Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>University Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science or other related field.</li><li>Understanding best practices in IT administration &amp; system security.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of Azure and Intunes will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of AWS will be considered as advantage.</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any cover letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@omakservices.com">hr@finpros.io</a>&nbsp;quoting the above job title. &nbsp;Please note that due to the high volumes of applications being received only shortlisted applicants will be responded to.
