Store Managers

Area ManagerThe Area Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the Company’s own betting stores within Nicosia, ensuring their smooth operation and profitability.&nbsp;Your role:<ul><li>Oversees the operation of the stores and ensures their smooth and efficient operation.</li><li>Monitors the profitability of the stores and suggests/takes appropriate actions to increase profitability, when needed.</li><li>Ensures all stores have the technology and equipment needed to operate effectively (i.e., computers, cash registers, TVs etc.).</li><li>Responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, training, and management of store employees.</li><li>Prepares shift schedules following the Company’s guidelines to ensure a fair and non-discriminatory approach, as well as the smooth running of the store.</li><li>Monitors and reviews employee performance and provides feedback for improvement</li><li>Ensures the provision of excellent customer service and customer satisfaction without exposing the company to risk.</li><li>Handles difficult situations with clients and escalated customer complaints effectively and on a timely manner.</li><li>Has an excellent knowledge of his/her regional area of responsibility and keeps up to date with developments that affect the business.</li><li>Identifies and suggests to the Head of Retail areas/locations which could be utilized for the expansion of the Company’s operations, considering all necessary parameters (location, local customer base, competition etc.). &nbsp;</li></ul>What profile we are looking for:<ul><li>BSc Degree will be considered an advantage</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory position in the retail industry, with at least 4 of them in operational management roles (i.e.; area manager, store manager etc.).</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li><li>High Integrity</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong Problem-Solving skills</li><li>Strong People Management skills</li><li>Good knowledge of NBA policies and procedures (will be considered an advantage)</li><li>Good knowledge of the local market</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Continuous professional development</li><li>21 days Annual Leave (reaching up to 25 days based on years’ of service)</li><li>Paid Maternity/Paternity leave</li></ul>Interested in joining the family of Bet on Alfa?
