Ο Όμιλος Εταιρειών Ιακώβου, ένας από τους πιο καταξιωμένους οργανισμούς στη Κύπρο και στο εξωτερικό στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα, αναζητά έμπειρο τεχνικό για την θέση του/της&nbsp;Επιστάτη/τριας.&nbsp;Το άτομο που κατέχει αυτόν τον ρόλο έχει τη γενική ευθύνη του συντονισμού των δραστηριοτήτων του εργοταξίου υπό την καθοδήγηση του Πολιτικού Μηχανικού / Μηχανικού Έργου.<ul><li>Εξασφαλίζει την ομαλή λειτουργία του έργου σε επίπεδο καθημερινών εργασιών</li><li>Συντονίζει την πρόοδο των έργων σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα τους</li><li>Ετοιμάζει χρονοδιαγράμματα εργασιών &amp; έντυπα για προμήθεια υλικών &amp; υπεργολαβίες</li><li>Εποπτεύει το εργατικό δυναμικό του έργου</li><li>Έχει την ευθύνη για την εκτέλεση των έργων με ύψιστη ποιότητα &amp; στη βάση καθορισμένου πλάνου</li><li>Ελέγχει τον εξοπλισμό των εργατών και προωθεί προτάσεις για βελτιώσεις</li><li>Έχει την ευθύνη της συλλογής και αποθήκευσης υλικών για τη διαχείριση αποβλήτων</li><li>Συμπληρώνει καθημερινά τις κάρτες εργασίας υπαλλήλων του εργοταξίου</li><li>Διατηρεί αρχεία για την κατανομή του εργατικού δυναμικού και των εργασιών</li><li>Συμπληρώνει καθημερινά το ημερολόγιο του εργοταξίου για έγκριση από τον Μηχανικό έργου</li><li>Διατηρεί αρχεία της καθημερινής παραγωγής των διαφόρων δραστηριοτήτων</li><li>Υπεύθυνος/η για τη καθολική εποπτεία των γενικών και τεχνικών εργασιών του εργοταξίου</li><li>Υπεύθυνος/η για την ενημέρωση αναφορικά με τις ανάγκες του έργου σε υλικά και εργατικό δυναμικό</li><li>Οργανώνει και εξασφαλίζει την συντήρηση και τις επιθεωρήσεις των μηχανημάτων στη βάση πλάνου</li><li>Είναι υπεύθυνος για την εκτέλεση του έργου σύμφωνα με το προγραμματισμένο πλάνο κατασκευής</li></ul>Προσόντα<ul><li>Απολυτήριο Τεχνικής Σχολής ή Κολλεγίου θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν</li><li>5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας ως Επιστάτης σε Τεχνικά έργα και έργα οδοποιίας είναι απαραίτητη</li><li>Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες</li></ul>Η Εταιρεία παρέχει ελκυστικό πακέτο αποδοχών και δυνατότητα εξέλιξης, αναλόγως προσόντων και εμπειρίας.&nbsp;&nbsp;Οι&nbsp;ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες&nbsp;καλούνται&nbsp;να&nbsp;αποστείλουν&nbsp;το&nbsp;βιογραφικό&nbsp;τους&nbsp;σημείωμα&nbsp;στο&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@iacovougroup.com">recruitment@iacovougroup.com</a> μέχρι τις 23/11/2025. Foreman Purpose The incumbent holding this role has the overall responsibility of the coordination of the Site activities under the directions of the Site Engineer / Project Manager, in all respects, liaising with the Clerk of Works / Engineer / Architect. Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Ensures the project’s smooth operations at all times</li><li>Closely coordinates progress of works in line with the program of works</li><li>Prepares schedules of works &amp; enquiries for procurement of materials &amp; subcontracts</li><li>Responsible for the supervision of labour force and plant on site</li><li>Responsible for the performance of the works to the specified quality &amp; program</li><li>Keeps the site always clean and free of obstacles including F.O.D. control</li><li>Ensures collection &amp; stockpiling materials for waste management</li><li>Completes daily the labour &amp; plant time cards</li><li>Keeps records for the allocation of plant and labour resources</li><li>Completes daily the site diary for the approval of the Site Engineer</li><li>Keeps records of daily production of the various activities</li><li>Responsible for the overall site supervision of the works</li><li>Responsible for plant, material and labour requirements</li><li>Plans and Ensures machinery maintenance and inspections</li><li>Responsible for the execution of the project as per the planned construction programme</li><li>Reports to the Site Engineer / Site Manager / Project Manager as applicable</li><li>Prepares the daily report</li><li>Other specific assignments given by the Site Engineer / Site Manager / Project Manager depending upon the complexity of the project</li><li>Reports to Site Safety Officer or Site Engineer any identified hazards at the workplace and implements appropriate control measures to reduce risks</li><li>Co-operate with the Safety officer and Environmental Manager Representative (EMR) and they should ensure that his recommendations for control measures are implemented</li><li>Adequate training provided internally and externally by the Ministry of Labour &amp; have extensive practical experience in managing health and safety</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">General:</div><ul><li>Keeping abreast with developments related to own role and competitor’s activities</li><li>Other responsibilities and project related work as defined in the Group’s procedures or as instructed by the Project/Asphalt Operations/Facilities Management Engineer and Manager</li><li>Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;">Key Competencies</div><ul><li>Planning and organisation skills</li><li>Communication and interpersonal Skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Problem solving and decision-making skills</li></ul> For further details and instructions to apply, please visit our Careers on our website&nbsp;<a href="http://iacovougroup.com/">http://iacovougroup.com</a>&nbsp;or email your cv at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:recruitment@iacovougroup.com"></a><a href="mailto:recruitment@iacovougroup.com" target="_blank">recruitment@iacovougroup.com</a>&nbsp;until the 31st of August 2024.&nbsp;
