DOMO Properties, is a rapidly growing Property Development company based in Limassol, specializing in high-end residential and commercial properties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding and translating their needs and preferences into innovative design solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed drawings and specifications, for construction purposes.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct on-site meetings to review progress and maintain quality control.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage communications with vendors and suppliers, handling orders and overseeing deliveries.&nbsp;</li><li>Place and monitor all interior-related orders, ensuring alignment with project budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals and overall objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architect or Interior Design.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of 3D software&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li><li>Eye for Detail&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Why Join Domo&nbsp;&nbsp;At DOMO Properties, we value our people and their ideas, fostering an environment where everyone shapes the company’s vision.
