He/She will design personalized exercise programs, supervise the safe use of equipment, and contribute positively to the overall image and profitability of the wellness department. The collaboration will involve specific days and hours per week, on an external partnership basis. &nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities:• Deliver Pilates classes according to the set schedule and established standards.• Design and monitor personalized fitness programs for members and guests.• Ensure safe operation and proper use of equipment, while maintaining gym rules and regulations.• Maintain cleanliness and a high standard of professional presentation within the training area.• Provide exceptional customer service and professional guidance to all clients.• Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking any reasonable duty within job capability, as required to meet operational and customer needs. &nbsp;Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:• Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognized institution.• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a relevant environment.• Very good command of English; additional foreign language will be considered an asset.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Professional appearance, pleasant personality, politeness, and reliability. &nbsp;Due to work permit restrictions, only candidates eligible to work within the EU can be considered.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
