VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Royal Apollonia Hotel, in Limassol as the Porter and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Greeting and welcoming guests at the hotel.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting guests with their luggage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Escorting guests to their rooms and providing information on room and hotel amenities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responding to guest requests for information and assistance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Delivering messages and packages to guests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinating transportation and other services for guests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel lobby and entrance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handling guest complaints or issues aiming to have them resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High school graduate.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience as a hotel Porter will be considered as an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and provide positive experience for guests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to identify problems and come up with creative solutions to solve them.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> &nbsp; mentioning the title of desired position and city, no later than November 26th, 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
