We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Female Real Estate Office Administrator with sharp administrative skills to join our Paralimni Real Estate Office.📅 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Uploading real estate listings to the company website. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating accurate and engaging property descriptions. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing updates with developers and property owners. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining records and ensuring information is always up to date. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supporting daily office administration tasks. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assisting with social media posting and basic content design.Requirements: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written). &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any additional language will be considered a strong bonus. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Office administration experience will be considered a bonus. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with AI tools. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong social media skills and basic design abilities. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be highly diligent, fast-learning, sharp, reliable, and detail-focused. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent organizational and communication skills.If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. &nbsp;
