This is also an excellent opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values compassion, integrity, and excellence in healthcare. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the recruitment cycle: post job ads, schedule interviews, and participate in candidate assessments when necessary.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including preparation of employment contracts, policies, reports, and HR documentation.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external contacts.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Help organize training and development sessions, including liaising with Ermis Anad and managing related logistics.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the monthly payroll processing and ensure timely execution.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Stay informed of updates in Cyprus Labour Law and external developments relevant to HR functions.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR operations such as issuing employment confirmations and supporting employees with the HR software.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the efficient functioning of HR operations on a daily basis.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Take on additional duties and special HR-related projects as assigned.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Up to three years of proven experience in an HR support or administration role. Graduates with an HR Degree are also encouraged to apply.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English is essential.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Sound understanding of Cyprus Labour Law.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Proactive and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; What our client offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary up to €1700 - €1800 gross per month (depending on the candidate's profile).&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>13th salary as part of the annual compensation&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance following successful completion of the probation period&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Provident fund eligibility after one year of employment, with a competitive contribution by the company.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>25 days of annual leave&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>
