The role focuses on maximizing overall hotel revenue and profit through effective pricing, inventory management, distribution channel optimization, and innovative e-commerce strategies.In close cooperation with the Digital Marketing Department, the Revenue &amp; E-Commerce Manager increases web traffic and online conversion by implementing targeted campaigns, promotions, and engaging content that promotes the company’s brands, hotels, products, and services — aligned with the overall sales and marketing strategy.&nbsp;Furthermore, the position is responsible for managing and developing relationships with local agents, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other online partners (B2B &amp; B2C). This includes preparing quotations and rate proposals in line with the company’s approved pricing policy, and implementing the contracting strategy — including rates, offers, and allotments — under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, as well as reviewing all contracts prior to signing.&nbsp;DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:§&nbsp; Manage all day-to-day Revenue &amp; E- Commerce operations§&nbsp; Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, yield management, and channel optimization.§&nbsp; Manage and develop the company’s online business across all platforms — direct website, OTAs, and reservation systems.§&nbsp; Drive online traffic and direct bookings in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team through effective campaigns and promotions.§&nbsp; Monitor hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and recommend actions to achieve targets.§&nbsp; Ensure content, rates, and availability are accurate and consistent across all online channels and distribution systems.§&nbsp; Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and booking behaviour to support informed business decisions.§&nbsp; Negotiate and manage contracts with tour operators, OTAs, local agents, and online partners (B2B &amp; B2C).§&nbsp; Prepare rate proposals, offers, and allotment agreements following company policies and pricing strategy.§&nbsp; Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance visibility and revenue performance.§&nbsp; Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.&nbsp;BENEFITS:§&nbsp; An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.&nbsp;REQUIRED&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:§&nbsp; Degree in Hotel Management, e-Commerce, Sales / Yielding, Digital technologies, Computer Science or similar related field.§&nbsp; A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce position, contracting or similar, developing and implementing sales strategies.§&nbsp; In-depth knowledge of various sales channels and tools, relevant IT programs and best practices.§&nbsp; Solid understanding of Channel manager, reservations system, Online review sites.§&nbsp; Highly creative with strong organizational skills, critical thinker with problem-solving skills§&nbsp; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; strong written &amp; verbal communication skills§&nbsp; Outstanding negotiation Skills and contract interpretation.§&nbsp; Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce.&nbsp;Due to work permit restrictions, only EU candidates are eligible to apply.All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality.
