About Lantana Villas &amp; Hotel&nbsp;Lantana Villas &amp; Hotel is an upcoming hospitality brand set to redefine luxury living and authentic Cypriot hospitality in Paphos. The project will open in two phases — the first in mid-2026 and the second in early 2027 — featuring premium villas, resort facilities, and world-class services that combine elegance, comfort, and sustainability.&nbsp;As we prepare for our official launch, we are seeking a Sales &amp; Business Development Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving our pre-opening sales strategy, building strong market relationships, and positioning Lantana as one of Cyprus’s most desirable destinations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in developing and executing comprehensive sales and business development strategies across all revenue streams (accommodation, F&amp;B, events, and leisure experiences).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and secure new business opportunities within key market segments (corporate, MICE, travel trade, leisure).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build and maintain strong partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct sales calls, site visits, and attend trade shows and networking events to promote the brand.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development of pre-opening sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor competitor performance and market trends to ensure proactive business positioning.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Represent Lantana Villas &amp; Hotel at industry exhibitions and events, locally and internationally.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in sales or business development within the hospitality or tourism industry.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in pre-opening hotel or resort projects will be considered an asset.&nbsp;What We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The opportunity to join an exciting pre-opening team for a landmark hospitality project in Cyprus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A supportive, growth-oriented work environment with genuine career progression.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive compensation package based on experience.&nbsp;How to ApplyIf you are passionate about hospitality and eager to help shape the success of a new luxury brand in Cyprus, we’d love to hear from you.&nbsp;📧 Send your CV to sales@lantana.cy &nbsp;
