The Client:&nbsp;Our client OPAP, a leading gaming company in Greece and Cyprus and one of the most renowned in its industry worldwide is expanding its operations in Cyprus and is looking to recruit a&nbsp;Legal Manager.&nbsp;The Position:The Legal Manager&nbsp;will be a part of the Legal&nbsp;team and will&nbsp;report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).&nbsp;The position's basic vision is to&nbsp;address and resolve all regulatory, compliance and legal issues arising from the operations in the assigned areas of focus, i.e., provide legal support and guidance and assess that the regulations and the commercial communication, responsible gaming, development plans, products, contracts, and any other activities are in alignment with the legal and regulatory framework, proposing the necessary modifications and adjustments.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assesses any change of the regulatory framework or OPAP Group guidelines and informs all relevant parties for their compliance &amp; support them when needed</li><li>Monitors and reviews processes ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory framework, as well as Group guidelines</li><li>Safeguards GDPR responsibility and liaison with OPAP S.A.</li><li>Reviews and validates compliance with Regulatory and Corporate standards</li><li>Acts as a&nbsp;liaison for OPAP CYPRUS &amp; SPORTS with relevant authorities&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as the liaison with OPAP S.A.
