UTU Coffee is looking for a&nbsp;Βarista&nbsp;with passion for coffee and providing a positive customer experience. Join our team now!Job tasks:<ul><li>Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking coffee and snack orders</li><li>Preparing and serving beverages such as hand brew coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea and other beverages</li><li>Answering customers’ questions about menu and retail products</li><li>Promoting and recommending menu options to customers</li><li>Taking payment from customers</li><li>Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning and troubleshooting</li><li>Keeping the coffee shop environment and seating area clean and organized</li><li>Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints</li><li>Suggest processes’ improvements for efficiency and quality of service</li><li>Attracting new customers</li><li>If requested, assist with tracking inventory and ordering supplies for retail and consumables.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Positive teamwork ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment</li><li>Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages</li><li>Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers</li><li>Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work</li><li>Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests, as well as a high-volume beverage preparation with minimal errors</li><li>Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts and complaints</li><li>Experience, such as knowledge on roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean&nbsp;sourcing and tasting notes differences, will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Language: Greek / English (other will be an advantage)</li></ul>&nbsp;Conditions:<ul><li>Up to 42 hours/week</li><li>The shop operates on a 6-day basis currently</li><li>Competitive salary depending on qualifications</li></ul>For more details please call us on 95514800.
