We are currently seeking an <a href="https://tradu-hr.my.salesforce-sites.com/recruit/fRecruit__ApplyJob?vacancyNo=VN1374">Arabic &amp; English-Speaking Financial Sales Specialist</a> to join our dynamic Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business for a Group entity, through effective lead generation and sales tactics. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced and ever-changing world of CFD trading.Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and consultative selling</li><li>Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones by identifying customer needs through active listening and consultation</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all clients</li><li>Be up-to-date with market trends and industry developments</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>1-2 years' sales experience in the same industry or financial services fields </li><li>Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets </li><li>Knowledge of CFD trading techniques and regulations </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary with uncapped discretionary quarterly bonus $$</li><li>Flexibility of working between home/office in a scheduled manner</li><li>Weekday work only</li></ul>If you have a passion for finance and sales, thrive under pressure, and are looking for an exciting challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!&nbsp;Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday.
