Sharp Nine Consulting Limited is a dynamic force in the industry that is a service provider specializing in the fields of Legal, Corporate, Compliance and AML consulting, consulting, sourcing talented and knowledgeable individuals to service its extensive client base.&nbsp;Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for Legal Advisor to join us. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Consult on a broad range of legal issues, analyze, and interpret laws, regulations and policies relevant to the organization.</li><li>Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.</li><li>Administer, develop, review, implement and manage effectively legal programs, policies, procedures related operational documents according to relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Establish, review, and revise as necessary legal manuals as assigned.</li><li>Administer, draft, and negotiate simple and/or complex contractual agreements.</li><li>Review, report and provide advice on general legal, and regulatory corporate matters and/ or issues in a detailed manner.</li><li>Regularly audit and report company’s procedures, practices, and documents to identify, troubleshoot and/or escalate potential legal and weaknesses or risks.</li><li>Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects).</li><li>Engage with the Registrar of Companies to file the relevant Company forms and keep the records up to date.</li><li>Always ensuring that all employees are aware of the latest regulations and processes as well as collaborating closely with all related departments to maintain a compliance culture across the company.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>BSc/BA and/or MSc in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2 – 5 years’ proven experience in a similar Legal role.</li><li>Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of legal and compliance requirements, controls, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
