Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules and budgets.</li><li>Supervise and manage day to day construction activities, troubleshooting issues with subcontractors as needed.</li><li>Conduct cost control activities, comparing fees with signed agreements and benchmarking market pricing for construction and renovations.</li><li>Conduct technical and feasibility studies to meet project specifications.</li><li>Perform regular site inspections, identifying and reporting deficiencies.</li><li>Assess potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects.</li><li>Participate in asset legalization processes, including understanding complex title deed reviews and verifications.</li><li>Mentor and oversee team members and communicate with various stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor project progress and compile status reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards.</li><li>Deliver technical files and documentation as required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Professional Engineering License.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li><li>Proven working experience in civil engineering (Site-Based).</li><li>Experience in planning and management.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent project management skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and advance career growth.</li><li>Dynamic and inclusive work culture values diversity and promotes teamwork.</li><li>Participation in courses and training.</li></ul>
