About Us:We are a group of companies dedicated to managing and overseeing investments, financial reporting, and wealth administration. To strengthen our growing team, we are seeking for a motivated Operational Group Financial Controller that will oversee the financial performance of the Group’s operational companies. S/he will be responsible for maintaining a holistic view of all Group activities, ensuring the owner is informed of key developments and decisions. The role ensures that each company operates efficiently, transparently, and in line with Group objectives.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as the main financial point of contact for the Owner on all operational aspects.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review and challenge subsidiaries’ management accounts, budgets, and cashflows.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor KPIs and operational efficiency across all businesses.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Enforce group-wide cost management initiatives and margin improvement plans.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare, review, and summarise financial and operational reports as required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain group-wide internal controls and financial procedures.&nbsp;Main requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (e.g., Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or Chief Accountant) within a company with active operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience in developing and enforcing internal controls and financial procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advanced Excel and reporting system skills; ERP experience is an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex financial data for senior decision-makers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.&nbsp;Personal Attributes:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to challenge constructively and provide value-added insights.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with both finance teams and senior executives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willingness to travel periodically within Cyprus and overseas as required.&nbsp;What We Offer:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
