Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Brand Strategy &amp; Visual Identity<ul><li>Define, refine and evolve the brand identity, messaging, tone, values for each brand (Mykonos Performance, Charisma Mykonos, Charisma Wellness Club).</li><li>Ensure consistency across all channels: digital, print, in-club / in-studio spaces, events, signage.</li></ul></li><li>Content &amp; Creative Direction<ul><li>Develop and deliver high quality content: video, photo, graphics, blog posts, member stories, testimonials.</li><li>Manage and, where applicable, create new accounts on appropriate content-sharing platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.) that align with the brand and can contribute in achieving pre-set strategic objectives (exposure/sales conversion/brand awareness).</li><li>Manage content calendar, schedule regular content across the accounts in existing and new platforms.</li><li>Ensure creative assets align with brand voice and standards,</li></ul></li><li>Social Media &amp; Community Management<ul><li>Lead social media strategy: growth, engagement, brand awareness, interaction with followers.</li><li>Oversee influencer and partnership campaigns (identifying influencers, negotiating, tracking results).</li><li>Cultivate strong community engagement: replies, comments, user-generated content.</li></ul></li><li>Performance Marketing &amp; Paid Media<ul><li>Plan, implement and monitor paid media campaigns: social media ads, Google Ads.</li><li>Define KPIs &amp; metrics; manage budgets, optimize ROI, run A/B tests.</li><li>Track analytics (traffic, conversion funnels, lead quality, CAC)</li></ul></li><li>SEO, Email &amp; CRM<ul><li>Oversee website(s) content with SEO best practices; work with or manage SEO specialists.</li><li>Build and run email marketing sequences: welcome flows, retention / churn prevention, promotional, content / newsletter, event invites.</li><li>Use CRM tools to segment audiences, personalize communications, track member journeys.</li></ul></li><li>Launch &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Lead all marketing &amp; launch activity for Charisma Private Members Wellness Club Cyprus: positioning, soft launch, grand opening, membership drives.</li><li>Plan special campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, workshops.</li></ul></li><li>Member Retention &amp; Loyalty<ul><li>Develop programs to increase member stickiness: loyalty rewards, community events, referral programmes, exclusive content/services.</li><li>Collect member feedback; monitor satisfaction, churn risk; design interventions.</li></ul></li><li>Analytics, Reporting &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Set and track marketing KPIs across all brands; prepare regular reports for senior leadership.</li><li>Monitor marketing spend; ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.</li></ul></li><li>Vendor Management<ul><li>Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers/videographers (content creators, social media managers, copywriters, designers) etc and&nbsp; oversee their contracts, deliverables, timelines, as required to enable business growth.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with operations, wellness &amp; fitness teams, member experience, events, design, and hospitality wherever relevant.</li><li>Ensure alignment of the customer/member experience with brand promise.</li></ul></li><li>Innovation &amp; Trends<ul><li>Keep up to date with wellness / fitness / luxury lifestyle marketing trends, digital tools, platforms.</li><li>Experiment with new content formats, platforms, tech (e.g. short video, reels, AR/VR, apps if relevant).</li></ul></li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3-5+ years in marketing / brand management, preferably with some focus in luxury products, wellness, fitness, boutique / luxury hospitality or similar sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated success in content, social media, performance marketing, launching new brands / locations.</li><li>Strong creative and visual judgment, ability to tell stories that resonate with premium audiences.</li><li>Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, metrics, ROI, testing &amp; optimization</li><li>Strong leadership / project management skills.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced / evolving environments.</li><li>Passion for wellness, fitness, luxury lifestyle is a big plus.</li><li>Excellent communication in English;
