The IT End User Services of Deloitte Middle East &amp; Cyprus is seeking to recruit an IT End User Support Officer, at the level of Associate to Senior, based in our Nicosia office.&nbsp;The TeamIt takes a high-powered network of internal support professionals to keep Deloitte going strong. Our people share a passion for igniting change and a strong service orientation that shapes our organization and those it supports.&nbsp;The IT End User Support Officer RoleThe successful candidate’s key responsibilities include the following:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Focusing on End User Support.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring the smooth operation of all technology assets of the Firm.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performing regular maintenance procedures for all hardware.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conducting routine tests on all operating and communication systems to always ensure proper functioning.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Protecting all hardware against viruses and external interference.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing operational support and assistance through the ServiceNow helpdesk.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensuring compliance with MSF12 (Security Updates, Windows build, software, etc.).&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Approximately 0-5 years of relevant experience.
