Group of Companies.&nbsp;Job descriptionThe Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of production, and for the proper utilization of resources. He/She performs verification of production output according to standards and specifications and compliance benchmarks.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Plan production - execute management's decisions</li><li>Develop, amend and implement procedures</li><li>Oversee the production cycle - monitor progress</li><li>Schedule staff to effectively manage the various flows (painting and assembling)</li><li>Make efficient use of parts, materials, and consumables</li><li>Make effective use of tools and equipment</li><li>Monitor and control stock of input and output</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise on the production floor</li><li>Implement a quality system - perform relevant checks, trials, and audits and suggest / facilitate improvements</li><li>Ensure a safe and clean production workspace</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders / review client, customer, and user feedback for improvement</li><li>Collaborate with the Project Manager, the Engineers, and the Technical Personnel and the Team Leaders at the facility</li><li>Develop strategies to improve the production / implementation processes</li><li>Analyze data and prepare repots, suggestions, and recommendations</li><li>Comply with organizational policies and regulations</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3-5 years’ work experience as a production supervisor and/or a factory QA/QC leader</li><li>Previous engagement with Project Management, within the technical industry, is a plus</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Competencies&nbsp;<ul><li>Technical skills and competencies</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong initiative and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent critical and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills</li><li>A Business or Management degree and/or a PM certification is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Quality-related tools and methodologies is a plus</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Nicosia, Cyprus</li></ul>Interested candidates should send their CV to <a href="mailto:careers@ebas.com.cy">careers@ebas.com.cy</a> by the 5th of December 2025. &nbsp;Notes<ul><li>The Company is committed to providing equal opportunities to employees regardless of age, sexual identity, gender, religion, nationality, national origin, lack of full physical ability as long as this does not affect the performance of the role, medical history, skin colour, marital status, genetic information, or parental duties.
