Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts is seeking a skilled Regional Human Talent Officer to support the development and implementation of strategic, results-driven Human Talent initiatives. This role reports directly to the Human Talent Managers, is based in Ayia Napa, and includes occasional travel to Limassol (Head Office) when required.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively participate in the full recruitment cycle for Kanika Hotels &amp; Resorts.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment sources, including hospitality schools, universities, and external agencies.</li><li>Manage daily operations of the recruitment software, schedule interviews, and administer candidate assessments and tests.</li><li>Design, coordinate, and lead Career Open Days to attract top talent.</li><li>Oversee staff accommodation by sourcing, inspecting, and coordinating suitable housing options for employees.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, including induction, documentation, and signing employment contracts with new hires.</li><li>Foster positive team relations by maintaining open communication with staff, serving as a point of support, and ensuring employee wellbeing.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts and collaborate closely with the Payroll Department to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>University degree in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cyprus Labour Law will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li><li>EU Citizen or valid EU Work permit holder</li></ul>Ready to take your hospitality career to the next level and make a real impact?
