The Data Analytics Team Leader oversees the analytics function, ensures high-quality delivery of analytical projects, and guides the team in leveraging data to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role includes planning, assigning, and supervising the work of the analytics team.&nbsp;Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;Project Management:<ul><li>Develop and monitor analytics project plans, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the project management team.</li><li>Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Oversee the quality and accuracy of analytical outputs, dashboards, and reports.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal analytics methodologies, governance, and data privacy standards.</li><li>Conduct weekly monitoring and reporting of project progress and risks.</li></ul>Client Management:<ul><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through structured and clear communication.</li><li>Understand client analytical needs, manage expectations, and translate requirements into data solutions.</li><li>Address concerns by providing timely, data-driven alternatives and recommendations.</li><li>Collect feedback to assess satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.</li></ul>People Management:<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop the Data Analytics team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.</li><li>Conduct regular daily/weekly team meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and define next steps.</li><li>Set annual performance goals and review progress through quarterly check-ins.</li><li>Identify resource needs and participate in recruitment and onboarding of new analytics talent.</li><li>Encourage continuous development of technical and analytical expertise within the team.</li></ul>Business Development:<ul><li>Identify opportunities for analytical enhancement and additional data-driven services within existing accounts.</li><li>Support the sales team by recommending relevant analytics solutions aligned with client needs.</li><li>Provide strategic insights that help clients enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and performance.</li></ul>Personal Development:<ul><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data analytics trends, tools, and best practices (e.g., data visualization, AI/ML, predictive analytics).</li><li>Develop deeper expertise in BI platforms, data engineering principles, and modern data stack technologies.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and methodologies.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, data warehouses, cloud ecosystems).</li><li>5–7 years of experience delivering analytical projects at a senior level.</li><li>Proven experience in leading teams and delivering analytics initiatives within time and budget.</li><li>Experience working with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and present insights.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is required.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li><li>Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Proven stakeholder and account management skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT practices, and data governance principles.</li><li>Project management and budgeting skills.</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>13th Salary</li><li>Provident Fund &amp; Medical Fund</li><li>Performance Bonus Scheme</li><li>Hybrid Working Model&nbsp;promoting flexibility and work-life balance</li><li>Half-Day Fridays&nbsp;to kickstart your weekend</li><li>Professional Development&nbsp;opportunities with top industry experts</li><li>Competitive Remuneration Package</li><li>A&nbsp;collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive company culture</li></ul><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://career5.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=1202&amp;company=C0004082754P">Apply Now</a>&nbsp;This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent career development prospects.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
