If you are ready to accelerate your career within one of the most promising European scaleups, join us!&nbsp;Position Summary&nbsp; The Back Office Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting daily operational workflows across suppliers, workshops, and customers. This position involves accurate invoice processing, consistent follow-up with external partners, managing service and repair tickets, coordinating appointments with workshops, and monitoring KTEO inspection schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Process and accurately register supplier and workshop invoices in a timely manner</li><li>Follow up with suppliers and workshops regarding outstanding invoices, pending tasks, or documentation</li><li>Manage ticketing for vehicle damages, repairs, and workshop servicing</li><li>Coordinate and schedule customer appointments with workshops, ensuring smooth communication and timely handling</li><li>Monitor and track all KTEO (Vehicle Technical Inspection) cards to ensure compliance and timely renewals</li><li>Maintain clear and updated records in internal systems to support seamless operations</li><li>Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure quick and effective customer service</li><li>Contribute to improving back-office processes and operational efficiency</li><li>Understand the company’s services and provide accurate information to stakeholders when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1+ years of experience in Back Office, Operations, Customer Service, or a similar administrative role</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (suppliers, workshops, and internal teams)</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks</li><li>Customer-first mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for service quality</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal</li><li>Ideally, an interest in the automotive industry</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Opportunity to work in one of the fastest-growing scaleups</li><li>Private Health Insurance</li><li>Free coffee, snacks and beverages</li><li>Car benefits</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Amazing working environment based on Respect, Fairness, and Transparency</li></ul>*All applications will be treated in utmost confidence and will only be seen by members of our recruitment team.*Please submit your CV to the following email address: l.tachou@flexcar.gr&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
