Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.In this role you will be supporting our offices on major incoming and outcoming payments and transactions.&nbsp;What you will be doing<ul><li>Managing credit control activities for B2B clients, including regular follow-ups on outstanding balances and ensuring timely collections</li><li>Performing KYC assessments for B2B clients in line with company policies</li><li>Updating and maintaining the credit limits and payment terms policy for B2B clients</li><li>Communicating with B2B clients to resolve invoicing queries and follow up on overdue payments</li><li>Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and completeness in client-related revenue processes</li><li>Performing bank payment reconciliations for B2B clients, including coordination with the payment service provider GoCardless (Direct Debit)</li><li>Posting revenue transactions in Xero (accounting system) and performing monthly revenue reconciliations against the internal database</li><li>Posting and reconciling reports from merchant service providers such as AMEX and Checkout</li><li>Supporting external audits by preparing and providing revenue and receivables documentation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Accounting or a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience as an AR accountant or accounting assistant in the tech companies&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with various tasks is welcome; however, you are required to have a good understanding and hands-on experience in one of the following areas:<ul><li>Accounts receivable</li><li>Revenue</li></ul></li><li>C1 English proficiency</li><li>Proficient with Excel (Google Sheets)</li></ul>What we offerWheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
