The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing direct and automated email marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products and services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical and technical skills, a deep understanding of email marketing tactics, audience segmentation and building automated workflows. Main duties and responsibilities ● Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. ● Maintain an email sending calendar (including sending by SMS, whatsapp &amp;, telegram groups) ● Develop personalization strategies for different client segments. ● Create event based automated workflows and email marketing funnels. ● Write an email copy that is clear, persuasive and on-brand. ● Translated and localized emails for a global multilingual audience. ● Manage contacts and email lists, including cleaning and segmentation based on user attributes, behaviors and website interactions. ● Ensure all emails are industry compliant and follow best practices. ● Create reports to track, monitor and analyze the email marketing performance and make suggestions for improvement.● Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy. Key Attributes ● University graduate ● Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist (or similar role with a strong emphasis on email marketing). ● Deep understanding and proficiency of email marketing and automation software. (E.g, Hubspot). ● Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability and sender reputation. ● Excellent communication and writing skills with great attention to detail. ● Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must. ● Ability to organize, multitask and work to deadlines. ● Able to work independently under your own initiative as well as part of a team. ● Hands-on experience with HTML will be considered advantageous. ● A highly motivated self-starter with a positive friendly attitude and flexible approach.
