BigChange Cyprus Ltd is currently hiring a Technical Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.&nbsp;We specialize in JobWatch Software, a Field Service Management (FSM) solution that offers a streamlined, paperless approach to planning, managing, and scheduling your mobile workforce. Our software encompasses a range of features, including scheduling, CRM, stock management, financial tools, and GPS tracking solutions.&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:• Analyze business requirements to define system design• Coordinate and evaluate system implementation• Conduct research and analysis to support solution design• Offer system consultancy and educate clients on system features and functionality• Provide training and assist with the initial setup of all system aspects&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:• University Degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT or equivalent will be considered an advantage)• Knowledge of programming languages and Networking will be considered as an advantage• Fluent in both Greek and English• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills• Proficient computer skills, including an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities• Excellent problem analysis and debugging skills&nbsp;OFFER:We provide an attractive remuneration package based on experience and performance, including a 13th salary and Provident Fund.To apply, please submit your CV along with a cover letter to <a href="mailto:admin@bigchangecyprus.com">admin@bigchangecyprus.com</a>.
