We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. You’ll play a key role in providing high-quality support to clients and managing the onboarding of new users onto the Arbizon Cloud Platform, our Legal Case Management &amp; Business Automation solution. Your work will ensure a seamless client experience that reflects our commitment to service excellence.&nbsp;Join a team that partners with leading law firms, fiduciary service providers, accounting firms and internal legal departments, and collaborate with experienced consultants, product managers, and development team.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and proactive communication regarding software developments, product updates, and enhancements.</li><li>Manage the Arbizon Support Centre and ensure a responsive and professional experience for clients by handling requests and following up on incidents.</li><li>Conduct user training sessions and onboarding for new clients.</li><li>Guide clients in understanding and effectively using Arbizon’s powerful features.</li><li>Contribute to business development efforts through system presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities for both prospective and existing clients.</li><li>Maintain and update client-facing documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and other support materials.</li><li>Share client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement in collaboration with the product team.</li></ul>Quality Assurance (QA):<ul><li>Validate product features against defined business and functional requirements.</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams.</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software updates align with client expectations prior to release.</li><li>Ensure the product delivers an intuitive, reliable, and seamless user experience.</li></ul>RequirementsExperience:<ul><li>Experience with litigation and/or corporate administration services is required.
