CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a very well-established and expanding company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Back-Office Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Back-Office Analyst, you will play a key role in minimizing risk exposure by verifying the identities of new customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold an academic background in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or other closely related fields, with any relevant professional experience considered an advantage, although full-training will be provided and therefore entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Rotational shift-patterns apply for this position (09:00 – 18:00, 13:00 – 21:00 &amp; 18:00 – 02:00).&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Monitor and analyze incoming customer financial transactions in accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, ensuring adherence to local and international compliance standards.</li><li>Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, including failed deposits, delays, and duplicate transactions.</li><li>Perform customer account reviews and verify player identities through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.</li><li>Collect, validate, and archive KYC and SOF (Source of Funds) documentation in line with regulatory and internal policies.</li><li>Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activity, potential fraud, and chargebacks to relevant teams.</li><li>Conduct ongoing risk assessments of customer accounts, payment behaviors, and transactional anomalies.</li><li>Process deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfer requests promptly and accurately, ensuring all transactions meet security and policy standards.</li><li>Communicate directly with banks, e-wallets, card processors, and other payment providers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and user actions for audit and regulatory purposes.</li><li>Ensure all back-office cashier duties are completed within agreed timelines and according to operational KPIs.</li><li>Continuously review and suggest improvements to payment processes and cashier operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide support to Customer Support and Compliance teams on cashier-related queries and escalations.</li><li>Ensure full confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in handling customer data and financial information, in line with GDPR and PCI DSS standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is desirable.</li><li>Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Any prior experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage, but not essential.</li><li>Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>Capable of performing well under pressure and consistently meeting tight deadlines.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and keen observational abilities.</li><li>Highly analytical, with the capacity to interpret data and detect patterns or anomalies.</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.</li><li>Confident in making sound decisions based on available information and risk assessment.</li><li>Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.</li><li>Proficient in computer use, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.</li><li>Demonstrates high levels of trustworthiness, accountability, and conscientiousness in handling sensitive financial and personal data.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive salary package.</li><li>Annual incentive bonus.</li><li>Monetary vouchers on Birthdays and other special occasions.</li><li>Options to enrol in Company's medical insurance plan.</li><li>Possibilities to enrol in Company's pension plan.</li><li>A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organisations.</li></ul> &nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8563.
