Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Act as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Arrange medical appointments, tests, and procedures for a seamless patient experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide personalized support based on patient needs, preferences, and medical requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Facilitate communication between patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Help patients understand treatment options and medical instructions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Address patient concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle sensitive medical information with privacy and professionalism.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor patient progress post-treatment and coordinate additional support as needed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure a smooth, comfortable, and stress-free patient journey.&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Russian and English.
